What do you like to do in your free time? I enjoy reading. One of my favorite books is “The 4 Agreements.” I also enjoy traveling and immersing myself in the cultures of the places I travel to.

What’s your favorite restaurant in Tampa? Ulele because of its central location and the view around sunset. Their menu is great! If you haven’t yet, try the Chargrilled Oysters

Where/what is your dream vacation? Egypt and Jordan. There is something that draws me toward the Egyptian culture and history. Having done research on the surrounding areas, Petra in Jordan is definitely on the list.

What is your favorite meal to cook and why? Being from a Puerto Rican household, tostones are a staple. Tostones are made from green plantains that are deep fried. One of my favorite dishes is steak/shrimp con tostones y ensalada de aguacate (with tostones and avocado salad).
