Find your zen and stay fit with Tierra Santa's daily Hatha Yoga & Meditation classes. The Hatha yoga session concentrates on physical health and mental well-being, using body postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana). These intimate, 60-minute classes are held daily from 10:00 am to 11:00am, however the class may run overtime between 1hour,15 min to 1 hour, 30 min.

Single classes are $35 per guest. Class packages are priced at $300 per guest for one (1) month of unlimited classes. Private sessions also available. Space is limited and pre-registration is encouraged. Drop-ins and non-hotel guests welcome.
